    My patio door opens into the kitchen were we are now using bar height stools & kitchen table. Bar height stools aren't so great for sitting down on to take off dirty boots. I searched all over for just the right size to fit in my very small space between the double French patio door & triple window...this is perfect. Even matches the backs on my new bar stools. I love the style & size but felt like the finish was a bit unrefined. There is an obvious area on the side arm where a bad color repair was done. I am planning to refinish the arms on both sides to improve the appearance. Assembly was not hard but certainly a challenge I would say. Holding all the pieces & trying to press the wooden dowl pins into place was a bit tricky!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    This hall tree matches a dining room hutch. It's functional and attractive. It was time consuming to put together, but when we finished, we were delighted. It needs more tightening than what the instructions describe.
