I did not install the doors bc I wanted a trendier look and added baskets. Can change it later if I find that doesn't work out. It was nice that the hardware was not already on so you can't tell that I did that. But with or without the doors it looks great and seems to be good quality for the price. I had looked a long time bc dimensions were critical but quality is always important to me.

    Purchased bench for a place to put on and take off shoes when entering the house as well as shoe storage. Perfect size for what I need. Joints on door panels very poor with lots of putty not very well matched to color of finish. Need to add note in instructions to make sure to "square" the body of the bench before attaching rear cover panel - that will make the doors fit properly in front opening.

    I've been looking for a bench for my entryway for over a year, but everthing was too big or too cheap looking. This bench has the exact dimensions that I looking for and is a nice solid piece. All parts are clearly marked, making assembly a snap.

        My 14 year old grandson put this item together in a short time. It may have been nice to have the option of having wheels on it to move around when needed. It also would be nice if the cushion had a removable cover to cleaning purposes. The bench is sturdy and attractive.
